RETURNS 
We want you to love your Riley Versa bag, and if you don't, we offer returns for eligible products within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Non-returnable items include: (1) Items marked as Final Sale; (2) Items 15 days past delivery date; (3) Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged; (4) Items that do not include their attached original tag; (5) Items with damaged packaging (excluding damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging; or (6) Personalized, monogrammed or customized items. 

Please contact us at melissa@rileyversa.com to get started with a return. Riley Versa is not responsible for the cost of return shipping; please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS 
After we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If your item meets the above criteria and is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days for your credit card company to process your refund. 

If you are missing a refund (and 10 business days have elapsed from the time you received your return approval email), please contact your credit card company or bank. If you have already spoken with them, please contact us at melissa@rileyversa.com.
